Thanks to the generous support of Solara Health Partners, OSCC55+ is pleased to announce a new subsidy program designed to make our Adult Day Programs and transportation more affordable for seniors and their families.

Our Adult Day Programs provide a safe and supportive environment for older adults who may be living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, or other chronic conditions. Participants benefit from meaningful activities, exercise, and social interaction, supported by trained and compassionate staff. At the same time, caregivers gain valuable respite knowing their loved one is well cared for.

The Adult Day Program Subsidy provided by Solara Health Partners helps offset both program and transportation costs, reducing financial barriers and improving access to care. This support enables more seniors to participate more frequently, while giving caregivers increased opportunities for rest and support.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to enhancing the well-being, dignity, and independence of older adults in our community, while ensuring caregivers have access to the supports they need.
