We are always looking for ways to strengthen our community and enhance your experience at OSCC55+. Our Member Feedback Survey results are in and your input helps guide our decisions, shape future planning, and ensure we continue to meet the needs of our members. We truly value your perspective and appreciate you taking a few minutes to share your thoughts. To date, we have implemented the following updates as a result of your feedback:
- Plexiglass removed at all front desk locations to increase accessibility and enhance customer service
- Wayfinding signs installed in John Street parking lot to address parking congestion
- Improved security at John Street Branch; regular patrols by City security, additional locks, motion sensors and cameras in branch, increased lighting in parking lot
- Shift of evening programs on Tuesday nights to Northview Branch; a larger facility space with more opportunities for programming.
