We are excited to share some delicious news! Starting Monday, April 27, OSCC55+ will welcome a new food provider in our cafeterias – Dongue Cuisine Santé Inc.
Led by Chef Guy Dongué, a highly experienced chef trained in France and England, our new provider brings a fresh, health-focused approach to our meal service offerings. With over 15 years in classical French cuisine and a passion for nutritious, accessible food, Chef Guy is committed to creating dishes that are not only flavourful but also balanced and nourishing.

This is the perfect opportunity to explore the full menu and experience everything our new provider has to offer.
What You Can Expect:
- Fresh, homemade soups served with croutons or brioche.
- Balanced meals: 50% vegetables, 25% protein, 25% whole grains.
- Heart-healthy oils like olive, avocado, and sunflower.
- A variety of dine-in and grab-and-go options; sandwiches with side salads starting at $5, take-out lunch boxes for $10.
- Pay how you would like – Debit, Credit and Cash accepted in every dining room!

- Butternut squash soup with grilled chicken, brown rice and broccoli, and a homemade brownie.
- Braised beef cheek with mashed potatoes, green beans and watermelon mint salad.
- Quiche Lorraine with fresh salad and dark chocolate mousse.
