The Oshawa Senior Community Centres 55+ is a registered not-for-profit organization. Our annual giving program, 'Pay Your Life Forward' encourages our members and the community to donate now to ensure the sustainability of the Centres' in the future.

Funds donated to the ‘Pay Your Life Forward' annual giving campaign go towards:

• Balancing our general operating account
• Capital and expansion needs including costs of future branches of the OSCC55+
• Repairs and upgrades to the Board-owned John Street Branch
• New van purchases to support Transportation Services
• Equipment costs such as steam tables, fridges and stoves in our cafeterias
• To support Adult Day Programs in all locations

The OSCC55+ has always embraced every opportunity to deliver quality, efficient and effective programs and services to the growing number of older adults in Oshawa and the surrounding community. With your support, we will continue to be able to do so now and in future.

How Can I Help?

Online Donations

Make OSCC55+ your charity of choice today, by donating online through our secure server. Online donations can be made anonymously, in memoriam of an individual or can be directed to a specific area of the OSCC55+.

In Branch donations

Donations are accepted at all Branch front desks. Payments can be made with cash, cheque, Debit, VISA, Mastercard and Amex.

Planned Gifts

Planned gift can be made in any one of the following forms:

• regular pre-authorized contributions
• bequests (a gift made in your will)
• memorials
• a gift of property
• trust funds
• annuities

All donations are tax receiptable. Please note that your privacy is important to us, details of your donation remain confidential unless you give consent to share that information. In the case of ‘In Memoriam' donations, OSCC55+ will notify the family of your donation where possible upon request. To do so, please contact the Executive Assistant at ext. 2836.
