Activity Guide Advertising
To publicize our activities, we generate an Activity Guide seasonally. This is a high-demand product containing all of our program/service information for the coming season – required in order to register for courses, etc.
Benefits of Activity Guide advertising:
- Limited advertising space provides minimal competition allowing your message to get noticed
- Longevity – your ad will be posted on our website Activity Guide pdf for the duration of the activity session (usually 3 – 4 months)
- Your print ad includes a listing and link on our Current Advertisers page for the duration of the activity session

Direct Web Advertising
Our website traffic continues to increase year over year as more seniors access technology and use our website to find information, connect to resources and sign up for their favourite programs and activities. Direct Web advertising provides a direct link on one or more pages of our website to your website.
Benefits of Direct Web advertising:
- A 3” x 3” clickable advertisement is created by you with your brand and message. With limited pages available, minimal competition allows your message to get noticed
- Customizable links – let us know which page on your website you'd like your ad to link to. We'll make it happen.
- Direct Web ads are a monthly commitment; a perfect opportunity if you have a short-term campaign or goal in mind.
- Flexibility. Need to switch out your ad for new message? No problem! Ad creative can be switched at any time throughout your month-long commitment.
- Cost Efficient – the more spots you reserve, the more you save. Book two web pages and get the second one half price.

Wall Space Advertising at the John Street Branch
The John Street Branch is solely owned by the OSCC55+. Located in the heart of Oshawa, this seniors-only facility is the perfect opportunity for you to advertise your company all year long.
Benefits of Wall Space Advertising:
- The John Street West Branch hosts 72, 000 visits annually
- 100% of the members who frequent the Branch are 55+ years of age, empty nesters, retired or approaching retirement
- Wall Space is secured through an annual contract; we coordinate the details once and you're set for an entire year
- A variety of locations, sizes and products (wall boards and wall wraps) are available suiting many different price points.
