Let's Connect

Are you looking for activities to help keep your mind sharp? The Let's Connect program can help! Let's Connect helps seniors learn tablet computer games while at home, helping people with memory loss participate in tablet games independently, allowing caregivers a much-needed break.

Members of our Adult Day Programs and their families have had great success by using the Let's Connect program.

The Let's Connect project was made possible by a GROW grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation. Let's Connect is also grateful for the donation of Samsung tablet computers from MTC Factory Outlet of Whitby, Ontario.
