Strategic Plan

Strategic Plans create a critical road map to ensure the Board, staff, stakeholders, volunteers and members of an organization are working toward a common purpose.

The OSCC55+ ensures that their strategic plan maps out a long-term vision for the Centres for the next several years. Input for the plan is provided through surveys, planning workshops, focus groups, other studies and trends relating to older adults and best practices in service provision across Ontario.
