Business Plan

The OSCC55+ is considered an external agency of the City of Oshawa. We are a not-for-profit organization that receives an annual operating grant from City of Oshawa Council, in addition to in-kind support in the areas of Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources and Purchasing. 

As such, we develop an annual Business Plan that helps to assist in achieving operational requirements and to fulfill strategic goals. Our Business Plan is submitted to the City of Oshawa Council annually during budget submissions.
