Full body workout using light weights, a resistance band and a bender ball.  Emphasis on proper body alignment to develop strength, endurance and slow stretching to improve flexibility. Exercises are effective without any equipment, but soup cans or water bottles can be substituted for light weights, and a rolled up towel can be substituted for a bender ball.
