ZIA is a zentangle art form, relaxing with no rules other than your creativity and where it takes you. Workshop includes basic drawing with relaxing creativity.

This class is for those who want to relax and open their bodies in a gentle way. We will do work on our mats or carpeted floor on our backs, bellies, seated, kneeling and some standing postures. Modifications will be given to assist you if needed.  Props are not required however please feel free to use blocks or books, straps or ties, pillows and blankets.
