At the beginning of the class time, click the corresponding link. The link automatically enters you into the class! For registered online courses beginning the week of November 2nd, the OSCC55+ staff team will contact all those preregistered by email to provide a custom url to access the course.

Class includes; balance & core, co-ordination, flexibility and joint mobility AND FUN!  CARDIO on your own i.e. walk daily 30-60 minute.Keep alternating between walking slow to moderate pace for 10 breaths and walking faster pace for 5-30 breaths.  Mop/broom handle aka fit pole, Chair, Small hand weight or small full water bottle, Bender ball or bouncy ball aka fit ball, Golf or tennis ball for foot message.

This class has all the great music and moves of Zumba but you are seated in a chair.  You will work up a sweat with the combination of strength and resistance training from the movements.

 1:00 p.m. Yoga for All Levels - Registered Program 
This class is for those who want to relax and open their bodies in a gentle way. We will do work on our mats or carpeted floor on our backs, bellies, seated, kneeling and some standing postures. Modifications will be given to assist you if needed.  Props are not required however please feel free to use blocks or books, straps or ties, pillows and blankets.
