Classes and courses create endless opportunities that provide personal fulfilment, encourage social interaction, and promote well-being. They build, restore and renew skills that are essential for everyday life and they help to prolong independent living as well as support community involvement.
Please note that to participate in one of our fitness, dance or yoga classes, you will need to fill out a physical assessment form (PARQ) or agree to our online fitness waiver.
