Our Adult Day Programs are designed for older adults with higher care needs. Our goal is to keep our participants physically, mentally and socially active in a safe, supportive environment while giving caregivers much needed respite time.
Our Peer Support Program may help seniors cope with life changes. This free and confidential service assists individuals with forms and accessing community resources.
This service is available to seniors who are unable to access public transportation. Rides are available for those travelling to or from a OSCC55+ for a program or service
Our dining rooms offer well-priced, hot meals and a variety of other selections, such as soups, salad, sandwiches, meat pies, desserts and more. Take out is available and transportation can be arranged.
Registered Nurses provide a foot assessment, toenail trimming and care for corns or calluses. This service is by appointment only at the John Street Branch.
Publicly funded group Exercise and Falls Prevention classes are available at designated locations in Oshawa, Whitby and Courtice.
