There is a new scam involving access to Covid vaccines.

The Durham Regional Police and Durham Region would like you to know:

You do not have to pay for the vaccine.
You don't have to apply to receive it.
You do not have to release any personal info, especially banking information to confirm your identity in order to receive it.

Please be alert and aware of scammers reaching out to you via email or phone telling you or asking you for the above information.
