Returning Member Information

Step one: Do you have an account with us?

If you are a returning member, chances are you may already have an account with us. This happens when you have previously registered for a membership, program or course at OSCC55+ in the past, or if you have previously participated in a City of Oshawa Recreation program.

If you already have an account; proceed to Step two.

If you are unsure if you have an account, please do not create a new account; call a member of our OSCC55+ Administration team at 905-576-6712 extension 2830 for assistance.

Step two: Log into your account

Go to register.oscc.ca

1. Click on ‘Log in' in the top purple navigation bar.
2. Enter the email associated with your account and enter your password.

Have you forgotten your password? Click ‘Reset Password' if you have forgotten your password. Enter the email associated with your existing online account, and a reset link will be emailed to you to update your password.

Step three: Create your membership contract

1. Click on the OSCC55+ logo on the left hand side of the purple banner to take you to the homepage.
2. Click ‘Become a Member' in the Become a Member box.
3. Click the ‘More' button on the centre of the page.
4. In the details box, under Contract User, make sure it is your own name listed, if not, use the drop down arrow to select your name. 
5. Click the purple ‘Update Price' button; the Contract Summary information will appear for your review.
6. Click the purple ‘Add to Cart' button.
7. Proceed to Step four.

Step four: Check out and pay

1. Click the purple ‘Checkout' button
2. Click on the circle box beside ‘Agree' stating you have read and agree to the terms of the OSCC 55+ Membership Waiver.
3. Click purple ‘Submit' button.
4. Click the square box beside "I Agree to the Terms and Conditions"
5. Click the "Confirm & Continue" button. You will be directed to the Moneris payment site to complete the transaction.
6. Enter payment information on the Checkout screen:

• Cardholder Name – exactly how it is printed on your credit card
• Card Number – no spaces
• Expiry Date – enter only the month and year with no slash
• Card Security Code – located on the back of the card for MC, VISA and on the front for AMEX

  7. Click teal ‘Checkout' button. You will receive an order confirmation and your receipt with be emailed to you.
  8. Proceed to Step five.

Please note:

• In order to register for courses, events, or workshops you must complete your membership transaction in our system first. Once your membership is purchased you can return to register.oscc.ca to sign up for activities.
• Transactions will appear as a ‘City of Oshawa' purchase.

Step five: Membership purchase complete

Congratulations and welcome back! You are now an active member of the OSCC55+! Our staff, volunteers and fellow participants are here to guide you, and help you make the most of your membership.
