 Rooms are available for rent at:

Costs per rental vary by location, room choice and needs: 

John Street Branch

Meeting Room 1, Meeting Room 3, Meeting Room 4 cost per hour:

  1. Seniors/Non-Profit Community Group = $15/hr.
  2. Private Organization/Function = $25/hr.

Lower Assembly & Cafeteria cost per hour:

  1. Seniors/Non-Profit Community Group = $25/hr.
  2. Private Organization/Function = $45/hr.
Delpark Homes Branch

Program Room 1, Program Room 2, Lounge, Dining Room & Kitchen cost per hour: $45

  1. $200 deposit required for use of dishes & cutlery
  2. One-half of rental charges are payable in advance
 Conant Branch

Meeting Room 1, Cherry Room, Red Oak Room, Lounge, Dining Room & Gym cost per hour: $35

  1. $200 deposit required for us of dishes & cutlery
  2. One-half of rental charges are payable in advance

Room rental brochures and applications are available at all four Branch locations. Please review the rental rules prior to completing the application form.  Applications can be completed at any Branch.
