We're celebrating Oshawa's 100th anniversary in style!

On Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the Jubilee Pavilion Banquet & Conference Centre, 55 Lakeview Park Ave, Oshawa as we celebrate Oshawa's 100th anniversary. The Seniorbration Gala event will feature music from Step by Step DJ, a presentation of the Senior of the Year Award, a buffet dinner, cash bar, dancing and whole lot of fun. FAQ's

Q - Can I reserve a table for my friends and I?

A - Unfortunately, no. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. We suggest you arrive with your friends to choose a table that will accommodate your party.

Q - What are you serving for food and when will it be served?

A - Our menu is currently being planned, but rest assured, the dinner will be delicious and satisfying.

Q - Do I need to get there early?

A - The doors to the event will not be open until 5:00 p.m. We ask that you do not arrive early as we will still be setting up prior to this time. The event begins with cocktails at 5:00 p.m.

Q - I don't have a membership, can I still attend? Can I bring friends from out of town?

A - Yes, and yes! This event is a fundraiser and open to everyone 19+. You don't have to have a membership to attend. The more the merrier, and we love to see groups of friends gather and dance the night away with us!

Q - What is the entertainment? Can I request songs?

A - This year's entertainment is Shawn from Step by Step Pro DJ. Shawn has previously DJ'd at our New Year's Eve event, and regularly does weddings and corporate events. Sean will be taking song requests so if you have a song you want to hear, you can let him know that night.

Q - Are there any transit options available for me?

A - We want everyone to have a safe ride home. We encourage attendees to carpool where possible and use designated drivers. Numbers for taxi and car service companies will be available that night.

Q - Will you still be hosting Swing into Summer at Memorial Park?

A - The Seniorbration will be held in place of Swing into Summer. If you enjoyed Swing, you are sure to love the Seniorbration!
