However, please keep in mind that all teams will have a mix of skill levels. Our event, Pickleball 4 All, is open to players of all abilities, and we encourage everyone to maintain a welcoming and positive attitude to ensure a fun experience for all!

How do I know my skill level? Will I be matched with people with my skill level?

Upon registration, there are 3 skill levels to choose from.  Select which level you best identify, and we will try our best to match you with players within the same level. The 3 skill levels are as follows:

Dink Rookie (Beginner Player): "Just happy to be here!"
• Learning the rules and trying not to trip.
• Can hit the ball over the net… somewhere.
• Dinking? More like “oops, too high.”

Kitchen Contender (Intermediate Player): "Knows the rules and plays to win."
• Can rally and actually aim (most of the time).
• Dinks on purpose—and sometimes wins with it!
• Moves like they meant to be there.

Pickleball Ace (Advanced Player): "Reads the game like a pro."
• Places shots like a chess master.
• Dinks, drives, and dominates.
• Always in the right place—like they knew your next move.

Is Pickleball 4 All exclusively for beginners?
Not at all! This tournament is open to all skill levels. Whether you’re brand new to pickleball and just want to have fun, or you're an intermediate or advanced player looking for a challenge, everyone is welcome. It’s all about enjoying the game and the community.
If I am new to the game, will I be taught the rules and how to play?
Yes, absolutely! We’ve got a great team of expert pickleball coaches who’ll be there to support beginners. They’ll walk you through the rules, explain the scoring system, and cheer you on every step of the way. We’re here to help you feel confident and have fun!
Can I sign up at an OSCC55+ Branch Location?
Yes! Visit any of our Branch locations during our hours of operation to sign up for the tournament.
What kind of games can I expect at the Games Midway?

Definitely! We’ve got a variety of fun games and activities happening throughout the tournament. Whether you're playing as a team or flying solo, you'll have plenty of chances to win awesome prizes. Here's what you'll find:

  • Pickle Pong

  • Life-Sized Jenga

  • Life-Sized Connect 4

  • Axe Throwing

  • Cornhole

Come for the pickleball, stay for the fun!

What do I do if I don't have a Pickleball Paddle?
Don't fret- when you register, we have provided an option to add on a pickleball paddle for the low cost of $20.
What if I'm a 'Pickleball Ace' and don't require the 'Learn to Play' Clinic?
We have a roster of dedicated coaches who will balance teams to ensure fun and fair play for all. All players should be prepared that they may have someone who's newer to the sport on their court. That said, if the skill level of all your players leans towards being more advanced, your coach will run through the format of tournament play, after which you can enjoy more court time as opposed to a more formal 'learn to play' clinic to get you started.
