Physio Exercise and Falls Prevention

Maintaining health and independence are some of the many benefits to the physiotherapy programs. Publicly funded group Exercise and Falls Prevention classes are available at designated locations in Oshawa, Whitby and Courtice. Sessions are held twice per week at no charge to the participants.

Falls Prevention

The instructor uses a combination of exercise and education to improve balance, mobility and strength. Classes are provided by a Regulated Health Professional

Exercise Classes

The instructor offers a combination of general exercise techniques to maintain function and range of motion. Classes are provided by a Physiotherapist Assistant.
