Are you a caregiver to an older adult? We offer many supports and services to help older adults remain living at home.
Our Adult Day Programs are designed for older adults with higher care needs. Our goal is to keep our participants physically, mentally and socially active in a safe, supportive environment while giving caregivers much needed respite time.
Our Peer Mentoring program is a free, confidential service utilizing trained volunteers to offer support to older adults on various life challenges.
This service is available to seniors who are unable to access public transportation. Rides are available for those travelling to or from the OSCC for a program or service
Our dining rooms offer well-priced, hot meals and a variety of other selections, such as soups, salad, sandwiches, meat pies, desserts and more. Take out is available and transportation can be arranged.
Registered Nurses provide a foot assessment, toenail trimming and care for corns or calluses. This service is by appointment only at all four of our branches, plus many community locations.
Publicly funded group Exercise and Falls Prevention classes are available at designated locations in Oshawa, Whitby and Courtice.
